When you place an order, your payment is not taken automatically. We process this manually when we process your order and allocate stock. We will email you when payment has been processed. Also we process all payments through our sports business as we run New Equestrian Products through it. Your statement will show payment as 'Sports Warehouse & Sports FX' or a variation of this.
Thank you for your order! We really do appreciate you choosing us to get you and your horses some great items. So what happen now your order has been placed?
Your order will come through to our system and will be allocated to a staff member. They will be responsible for your order from the very start, all the way through to packing and dispatching your parcel. This way you have one point of contact who will keep you updated through the whole process.
Your member of staff will send you an email to introduce themselves. They will check stock of all the items you have ordered and give you an estimated delivery schedule. As we state on the products individual pages, European products can take 5-10 working days for delivery.
If on a rare occasion an item has gone out of stock, they will let you know and tell you about alternatives you can choose. They will be offered at a discounted price as a sorry for the inconvenience. You can of course choose a refund instead.
