We have a great range of products from some amazing brands from both the UK and Europe.

Different items can take varying delivery times. UK items take between 1-5 working days for delivery. Items from European brands such as HKM, can take between 5-10 working days. If an item takes longer for dispatch, it is stated in the product description.

If you place an order for a mixture of UK & European products, your order will be dispatched as soon as ALL the items have arrived. If you would like the UK items delivering before the European items, please place 2 orders, one for the UK items, and another for the European items.

If you are not sure about which items are European or UK, please contact us. However, all European items will have the statement ‘THIS ITEM TAKES 5-10 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY.’

Placing your order couldn’t be more simple. Add all the items to your basket. Go to the checkout and enter your postcode to get your delivery price. Then fill in all your details. Remember to give us your billing address, and then enter your delivery address if you would like your order delivering to a different address such as your work address.

When you have placed your order, you will be sent an email of confirmation. All stocks will be checked and you will be notified of any stock shortages.

A member of staff will be allocated as your direct contact. They will process your order from the start to finish. Arrange all your products, correspond with you and dispatch your products.

We want you to have a personal, direct contact with a member of staff so you know your order is being handled with care. You can contact your member of staff directly with any queries. They in turn will contact you every step of the way with updates.

Although we try to keep the website as up to date as possible, with the sheer amount of products we can supply, we are not always able to 100% guarantee that an item will be available. Manufacturers go out of stock and sometimes are not able to get the item quickly.

If this happens with an item, we will let you know by email or phone. We will then give you the option to have a full refund, or choose another item at a discounted price.
